Diversifying the workforce

Australia needs a social service workforce that better reflects the communities it serves. However, many individuals and groups face barriers to entering the workforce. WIDI works with partners to develop, implement and evaluate approaches to identify and address these barriers for cohorts of workers including young people experiencing disadvantage and workers transitioning from declining industries.
